Abstract

【課題】表面の酸性度が低く、樹脂に含有させた場合においても樹脂を変質させる虞が無く、しかも、シャープな粒度分布を有し、結晶性も高いシングルナノメートル級のアルミナドープジルコニアナノ粒子及びその製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明のアルミナドープジルコニアナノ粒子は、アルミナをジルコニアに固溶してなるナノ粒子であり、平均粒子径が1nm以上かつ20nm以下であり、アルミナの含有率は、このアルミナとジルコニアの合計量に対して1mol%以上かつ15mol%以下である。 【選択図】なし
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alumina-doped zirconia nanoparticles in a single nanometer order, having low acidity of the surface and no possibility of modifying a resin when the particles are incorporated into the resin, and having a sharp particle size distribution and high crystallinity, and to provide a method for producing the nanoparticles. SOLUTION: The alumina-doped zirconia nanoparticles comprise zirconia including a solid solution of alumina, and has an average particle diameter of 1 nm or more and 20 nm or less. The content ratio of the alumina is 1 mol% or more and 15 mol% or less with respect to the sum amount of the alumina and zirconia. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
