Abstract

The invention relates to a control system redundant power supply method and belongs to the field of automatic control systems. The technical scheme is that a main power supply circuit of an automatic control system (2) is additionally provided with a power supply automatic transfer switch (3); a commercial power I (4) is connected with the input of an uninterrupted power supply (1); the output of the uninterrupted power supply (1) is taken as the main power input of the power supply automatic transfer switch; a commercial power II (5) is taken as the standby power input of the power supply automatic transfer switch; the output of the power supply automatic transfer switch is connected with the automatic control system; the power supply automatic transfer switch monitors voltage of a main power supply, and when the voltage is smaller than or equal to 95% of rated voltage, the power supply automatic transfer switch switched to a standby power supply within 100ms; and when the main power supply returns to normal, the power supply automatic transfer switch switches to the main power supply for power supply in an automatic or human intervention manner. According to the method provided by the invention, uninterrupted power supply of the automatic control system is achieved, the reliability and safety of the automatic control system and the power supply equipment maintainability are improved, and production suspension or equipment accidents are prevented when the automatic control system is powered off and loses the control function.
本发明涉及一种控制系统冗余供电方法,属于自动化控制系统领域。技术方案:在自动控制系统(2)的主供电回路中增加电源自动切换开关(3),市电一(4)连接不间断电源(1)输入,将不间断电源输出作为电源自动切换开关的主电源输入,将市电二(5)作为电源自动切换开关的备用电源输入,电源自动切换开关的输出连接自动控制系统;电源自动切换开关监测主电源的电压,当电压≤额定电压的95%的时候,在100ms之内切换到备用电源;当主电源恢复正常后,自动或者人为干预切换到主电源进行供电。本发明实现了自动控制系统不间断供电,提高了自动控制系统可靠性、安全性和供电设备可维护性,避免因自动控制系统掉电失去控制功能后造成停产或设备事故。
