Abstract

The invention relates to a cleaning mechanism for the inner wall of a passage cavity of an inspection device, which is mounted at the inlet or outlet of the passage cavity and comprises at least one flexible brush, and a flexible brush rod is made of a flexible material; the front end of the flexible brush is connected with a guide, the front end of the flexible brush is parallel to the axis of the passage cavity, the flexible brush is mounted on a mounting plate of a moving mechanism, and by moving the mounting plate, the guide moves onto the axis of the passage cavity when the flexible brush operates, thus ensuring that the flexible brush can be guided into the passage cavity; the flexible brush is connected with a driver, and under the function of the driver, the flexible brush enters the passage cavity and rotates in the passage cavity. Thus the interior of the passage cavity is cleaned. The cleaning mechanism is used for carrying out automatic cleaning, greatly decreases the labor intensity of workers, and increases cleaning quality and cleaning efficiency.
