Abstract

The invention discloses an air channel structure of a cylinder cover air tightness detector. The air channel structure comprises a pneumatic box, a bottom plate and a limiting plate, wherein an air storing tank is arranged in the pneumatic box; a supporting plate is arranged on the pneumatic box; a strip-shaped through groove is formed in the middle of the supporting plate from left to right; slide rails which are symmetric about the strip-shaped through groove used as the center are arranged on the supporting plate; the limiting plate vertical to the supporting plate is arranged at the right end of each slide rail; the bottom plate in slide connection with the slide rails is arranged on the slide plates; the air storing tank outputs compressed air, the compressed air enters an air channel nozzle in the bottom plate and a water channel nozzle in the limiting plate, then pressure is charged into a cylinder cover, and a differential pressure leaking tester is utilized to detect the air tightness. The air channel structure of the cylinder cover air tightness detector can overcome the shortages in cylinder cover air tightness detection of the traditional air channel structure of the cylinder cover air tightness detector; with the adoption of the air channel structure, the work intensity of operators can be reduced; the detection precision can be obviously increased, and the cylinder cover can avoid water or oil corrosion.
本发明公开了缸盖气密性检测仪的气道结构,包括气控箱、底板和限位板,气控箱内设有储气罐,气控箱上设有支撑板,支撑板中间自左向右设有条形通槽,支撑板上设有以条形通槽为中心对称的滑轨,滑轨右端设有垂直于支撑板的限位板,滑轨上设有与滑轨滑动连接的底板,储气罐输出压缩气体经过电池阀进入底板上的气路喷嘴和限位板上的水路喷嘴中,再对缸盖充压,使用差压试漏仪进行气密性检测;本发明是为了克服传统的缸盖气密性检测仪的气道结构,在对缸盖进行气密性检测时,存在的不足,提供了可以减少操作人员的工作强度,明显提高检测精度,并且使缸盖不受水或油侵蚀的缸盖气密性检测仪的气道结构。
